Inanna and the Huluppu Tree is the first myth believed to be written down in human history.  This 27 minute film tells the story of Inanna, Sumerian Goddess of Love, in her quest to reunite Heaven and Earth challenging her great grandfathers separation of the divine and mortal worlds.  Filmed with natural light in HD video by cinematographer Julia Fuller the film has no dialogue in the tradition of the “silent” films from the dawn of moving picture history.
